Returns Policy
If an unopened item is returned 15 days after delivery, we will issue a store credit minus shipping costs. We are not responsible for any items misplaced after delivery.

Shipping
Canterberry Gifts only ships within the contiguous United States and no longer ship to Alaska or Hawaii. All ground orders are guaranteed to ship within one business day in other words 24-48 hours. Orders placed after Friday 1:00 (EST) will be shipped the following Monday. We do not ship on Saturday and Sunday.
All orders are shipped Via UPS® Ground, UPS 3-Day Select®, UPS 2nd Day Air® and UPS Next Day Air®. As a savings for our customers, we offer flat rate ground shipping of $9.95 for all orders using UPS® Ground.
All shipping estimates are determined by UPS® based on the weight a dimensions of the shipping box.

When offered Free shipping can be applied to a customers cart at checkout. Free Ground Shipping is only available within Contiguous United States and excludes Alaska and Hawaii.
