All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to pricing errors, product availability, or suspected fraud.

Payment is required in full before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Custom Products & Proof Approval

Many products offered are custom-made to order. By approving a proof, you confirm that all details, including spelling, design, colors, and layout, are correct.

Once proof approval is given, Canterberry Gifts is not responsible for errors identified after production begins.

Due to the nature of custom products, slight variations in color, placement, imprint size, and material may occur. These variations are inherent to the production process and are considered acceptable.

Customers who require exact color matching or additional assurance may request a production proof for an additional fee prior to full production. Production proofs will extend turnaround times.

5. Production & Turnaround Times

Production times are estimates and begin only after final proof approval and payment confirmation. Delays may occur due to supplier issues, high demand, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once an order leaves the production facility, Canterberry Gifts is not responsible for carrier delays.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of most products, all sales are final unless items are defective or incorrect.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, images, and design, is the property of Canterberry Gifts and may not be used without permission.

By submitting artwork, you confirm that you have the legal right to use and reproduce the design. You agree to indemnify Canterberry Gifts against any claims related to intellectual property infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

Canterberry Gifts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Canterberry Gifts from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion.
