Operational Email Is Separate

Quote requests, sample requests, virtual proof requests, orders, shipping updates, customer service messages, and support replies are operational communications. Submitting one of those forms does not by itself subscribe you to marketing email.

What We Send

Marketing email may include product ideas, promotional offers, reorder reminders, category spotlights, launch updates, and related Canterberry Gifts content. We keep marketing email separate from customer workflow messages handled by our team.

Unsubscribe And Preferences

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can unsubscribe at any time, and we honor unsubscribe requests, spam complaints, hard bounces, provider rejects, and legal or privacy suppression requests before sending future marketing email.
