If an unopened item is returned 15 days after delivery, we will issue a store credit minus shipping costs. We are not responsible for any items misplaced after delivery.

Canterberry Gifts only ships within the contiguous United States and no longer ship to Alaska or Hawaii. All ground orders are guaranteed to ship within one business day in other words 24-48 hours.
