Returns Policy
If an unopened item is returned 15 days after delivery, we will store store credit minus shipping costs. We are not responsible for any items misplaced after delivery.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Shipping
Canterberry Gifts only ships within the United States. All ground orders are guaranteed to ship within one business day in other words 24-48 hours. Orders placed after Friday 1:00 (EST) will be shipped the following Monday. We do not ship on Saturday and Sunday.
All orders are shipped Via UPS® Ground, UPS 3-Day Select®, UPS 2nd Day Air® and UPS Next Day Air®. As a savings for our customers, we offer flat rate ground shipping of $9.95 for all orders using UPS® Ground.
All shipping estimates are determined by UPS® based on the weight a dimensions of the shipping box.
Free Ground Shipping
When offered Free shipping can be applied to a customers cart at checkout. Free Ground Shipping is only available within Contiguous United States and excludes Alaska and Hawaii.
